Technological production process

The production process of cold rolled strip is generally as follows: pickling → rolling → process lubrication → annealing → leveling → cutting → packaging.
Cold rolling process: pickling -- rolling -- annealing -- synchronous lubrication of rolling size -- anti-rust oil -- leveling and sizing -- polishing -- packaging
Heating furnace of hot rolled strip steel: - phosphorus removal machine, roughing mill, phosphorus removal machine, finishing mill, surface quality inspection instrument - layer of cold - reel, baling machine, injection machine - volume base slab.

Long Life-span

With galvanization, a piece of industrial steel is expected to last more than 50 years in average environments, and can last over 20 years with severe water exposure. Rust Resistance

From the zinc coating. The iron elements in steel are incredibly prone to rusting, but the addition of zinc acts as a protective buffer between the steel and any moisture or oxygen. Galvanized steel is very protective, including sharp corners and recesses that couldn’t be protected with other coatings, making it resistant to damage.
The Sacrificial Anode

The sacrificial anode ensures that any damaged steel is protected by the surrounding zinc coating. It doesn’t matter if the steel section is completely exposed; the zinc will still corrode first. The coating will corrode preferentially to the steel, creating a sacrificial protection to the areas that are damaged.

Galvanization is the leading method to protect metals from environmental elements that cause corrosion, rust, and the eventual weakening of the steel. Hot-dip galvanizing deposits a thick, robust layer of zinc iron alloys on the surface of a steel item. When exposed to the atmosphere, pure zinc reacts with oxygen to form zinc oxide which further reacts with carbon dioxide to form zinc carbonate.
A dull, grey, fairly strong material that stops further corrosion in most circumstances, protecting the steel from the elements. Galvanized steel is widely used in applications where rust resistance is needed. Galvanized steel is commonly used in the automotive industry to enhance the corrosion performance of exterior body parts. Galvanized Steel is magnetic.
Galvanized steel is to prevent the steel plate surface from corrosion to extend its service life, in the steel plate surface coated with a layer of metal zinc, the zinc coated steel plate are called galvanized sheet. According to the production and processing methods can be divided into the following categories: 1) hot dip galvanized steel. Thin plate in melting zinc bath, make its surface adhesion of a layer of zinc sheet. At present mainly adopts continuous galvanizing process, namely the continuous roll of steel plate in the melt zinc plating tank made of galvanized steel sheet;
(2) the alloying of galvanized steel. This kind of steel plate is made by hot dip method, but after the slot, immediately heated to a temperature of about 500 ℃, it make the generation of zinc and iron alloy membrane. This kind of galvanized sheet with good coating of sex and weldability;
(3) electric galvanized steel. Made this kind of galvanized steel plating method has good workability. But the coating is thinner,the corrosion resistance and the method of hot dip galvanized sheet
(4) the single side and double difference galvanized steel plating. Single galvanized steel, that is, only in a galvanized products. Material in the antirust processing, welding, painting, machining, etc., two-sided galvanized sheet better adaptability.In order to overcome the single side not the shortcoming of zinc coating, and one in the other side is coated with a thin layer of zinc galvanized sheet, namely double difference galvanized sheet;
(5) alloy and composite galvanized steel. It is made from zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc alloy and composite plating of steel plate. This steel has excellent rust resistance, and good coating performance,Besides the above five kinds of color galvanized steel plate, printing and coating of galvanized steel sheet, PVC laminated galvanized steel sheet, etc. But still by far the most commonly used for hot dip galvanized sheet.

Galvanized narrow strip

Spangle is formed during the hot-dip galvanizing process. The size, brightness, and surface of spangles mainly depend on the composition of zinc layer and the cooling method. According to the size, it includes small spangles, regular spangles, big spangles, and free spangles. They look different, but the spangles almost will not influence the quality of galvanized steel. You can choose according to your preference and purpose.
